Floor plans and elevations are enough to start. Tell us whether you need a truss quote, a take-off, or both. Upload online or drop them off at the office.

Layout, take-off and quote
Our designers prepare a truss layout and price, a priced material take-off, or both, with a quick turnaround.

Approval and production
Once you approve the layout, we schedule production and delivery around the date you need them on site.

Delivery to site
Trusses and materials are delivered to your site, anywhere in the Niagara Region, and further afield by arrangement.
What we supply
- Roof trusses
- Common, attic, scissor, hip and girder trusses, designed to Ontario Building Code loads.
- Engineered floor systems
- I-joist layouts with hangers, blocking and rim board specified.
- LVL beams
- Sized to your spans and loads and cut to length.
Layouts are designed in MiTek software and built in our St. Catharines shop.
Material take-offs
Send your drawings and we will prepare a priced material list for the job.
A take-off is useful for bidding a job before you win it, and for ordering once you do. You can request one on its own or together with a truss quote.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a quote take?
We turn truss quotes and take-offs around quickly. Larger commercial and agricultural jobs can take a little longer, and we will tell you up front.
Can I get a take-off without ordering trusses?
Yes. You can request a truss quote, a material take-off, or both on the same request.
Can you meet my schedule?
Tell us the date you need trusses on site and we will schedule production and delivery around it. Sending plans early gives you the most flexibility.
Do you provide drawings for the building permit?
When your permit requires sealed drawings, we can help arrange for them to be engineer-sealed.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. We build single-garage trusses as well as full packages.
Where do you deliver trusses?
To job sites across the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lincoln, Grimsby, West Lincoln, Port Colborne and Fort Erie. Hamilton and Burlington and the GTA by arrangement, depending on the job.
